How does one go about justifying the murder of the unborn in America? Try and make it an issue of justice or health. See how one feminist blog phrases the issue:

We should be very concerned about those who use the cover of “health” to justify the murder of about one million unborn babies a year. Particularly since the arguments used to justify abortion are applicable to the rest of humanity regardless of our size and location.
