Sacramento Mother Kills Baby Daughter In Microwave

What could possibly explain the act of a mother putting her 6-week old baby daughter in the microwave and then turning it on? A story like this and others before it show me just how delusional the Liberal assertion is that we are basically good. More on this horrendous act from the LA Times:
A Sacramento mother was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of killing her 6-week-old baby by cooking her in a microwave oven, authorities said.
Mirabelle Thao-Lo was found dead March 17 after officers were called to the home by paramedics, the Sacramento Police Department said.
On Tuesday, officials said they were still trying to understand key events that led to what they described as a horrific crime.
After responding to the home, investigators concluded the baby’s burns were not explainable and realized they had an uncommon case, Sgt. Norm Leong said. He said detectives sought out forensic experts and other medical professionals for advice.
“This was definitely unique,” he told The Times. “Detectives realized that they would have to look beyond what they normally do … and found experts who said the injuries appeared to be from a microwave.”
The “thermal injuries,” police said, were consistent with those documented in cases from Dayton, Ohio; New Kent County, Va., and Galveston, Texas. Detectives researched those cases and awaited the findings of the Sacramento County coroner’s office.
“Based on that research and the autopsy results,” the department said in a statement, “detectives believe the injuries occurred as a result of the child being burned in a microwave oven.”
Ka Yang, 29, was taken into custody at the home in the 800 block of Rood Avenue. She has been charged with homicide.
“We don’t know what motivated her to do the crime,” Leong said. “We don’t really know what led up to it.”
Sadly, these types of evil actions are not as unheard of as we might think. Here are some other example: a mother in New York dumped her child in dumpster, a grandmother throws her granddaughter to her death at a mall, a mother kills her 3 year old twin daughters, and a man drives his SUV into a home killing his girlfriend and newborn baby. This kind of evil can only be explained in that it comes from within and there is no amount of education, environment, government program, or upbringing that can prevent it.
Jesus knew how evil mankind was and that out of our hearts flows a constant stream of wickedness.
“But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these make a man ‘unclean.’ For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.” Matthew 15:18-19
This makes the death of Jesus on the cross for our sin ever more amazing, in that Jesus knew what dwelt within our hearts and yet He was willing to die for our sins because He loved us so much.
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you.
