Daily Kos Calls Santorum ‘Rick Sharia’ And His Supporters The ‘Taliban’

The Left is freaking out over Rick Santorum’s view that states have rights to do things, like outlaw contraception. Here you have the Daily Kos attacking Santorum by referring to him as “Rick Sharia”, they also imply that his supports are like the Taliban. Pause and reflect for a moment. This guy, Richard Sharia Santorum, was just crowned co-leader of the Republican presidential race by Iowa voters:
Rick Santorum reiterated his belief that states should have the right to outlaw contraception during an interview with ABC News [Monday], saying, “The state has a right to do that, I have never questioned that the state has a right to do that. It is not a constitutional right, the state has the right to pass whatever statues they have.”

The horror that states have rights that federal government must respect. I can see why the Left would not like this, after all, they want to enforce their Totalitarian vision on America. This will require the federal government telling the states what to do, and this means that states cannot do things they do not like. So after Obama signed a defense bill that can lead to the indefinite detainment of American citizens, now members of the Left are calling Republicans the “Taliban”. And what do you do with the Taliban?
