Never miss an opportunity to blame Christians for the thuggery of someone or a group of people who probably are not Christians. This is what CNN’s Don Lemon does in this video.
I have argued before that Christians should lead the charge against the bullying of gay people. Lemon is unwilling to acknowledge that there is a difference between calling what someone does a sin and yet still loving that person regardless of their sin.

This is an issue of miscommunication. Some people believe that it is blatantly obvious that beating someone up is wrong so what more needs to be said about it right? Other people people believe that everytime something like this happens you need to speak out loudly and get on tv and be vocal or otherwise it means you don't care or possibly agree if you stay silent. But what needs to be said? It's obvious to everyone that this wrong! Do you see what I mean? You could argue both sides but neither is necessary.
I see your point, but I wonder if people on the Left, like Lemon, agree. Lemon might actually think that Christians who think homosexuality is a sin see nothing wrong with beating a gay man.
