Gosnell Defense Is To Argue What Constitutes Post-Birth Personhood

Did you ever think that in America there would be a trail where people would actually debate about whether killing a baby outside the womb is really morally wrong? Well, the time has come and is probably overdue. The judge in the Kermit Gosnell trial has dropped three of the murder charges against the abortion doctor.

The defense attorney for late-term abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell, who is on trial for murdering babies who survived abortions, told a Philadelphia court today that it is “ludicrous” to claim that “a baby is born alive because it moves one time without any other movement.”

The judge in the case today threw out three of the eight murder charges against Gosnell.

Now that pro-choice, I mean pro-abortion, crowd has defined away life in the womb, they are now going to have to defend the metaphysics of infanticide. Peter Singer must be tickled.
